Management services
Our property management is tailored to provide your tenants with a unique, friendly, and personal experience. By fostering goodwill and ensuring long-term occupancy for residential tenants, we create a sense of belonging that keeps them happy and content.
Rent Collection & Property Management 7%* + VAT
After a tenant has been sourced, we will manage the rent collection, any maintenance issues, compliance checks and provide an emergency out-of-hours service. Does not include tenant find
Tenant Find Only 8%* + VAT
We will find, reference and assist with the moving in of new tenants to the property, including the registration of their security deposit with the Deposit Protection Scheme. Does not include rent collection.
Tenant Find & Rent Collection 10%* + VAT
We will source a suitable tenant, provide a rent collection and remittance service, manage any potential arrears and serve notice if deemed necessary. Does not include property management i.e. compliance checks, inspections and repairs
Full Management 12%* + VAT
We will source a suitable tenant, manage the rent collection, any maintenance issues, compliance checks and provide an emergency out-of-hours service
*Rent guarantee insurance available for an additional 1.5%
